Description
The residence Les Oursons, composed of 2 buildings, is located at the foot of the slopes of the Espace Diamant and the ski school. Village centre at 3.5km. In winter, bread and snacks on site.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their holidays.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is composed of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. The Mont Rond, or NDB 1350, is the privileged starting point of the skiers because the most in the center of the Espace Diamant.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure centre are only 7km away.

Warm apartment of 38m² on the ground floor with 2 private terraces : one facing SOUTH with a view on the slopes and one facing WEST with a view on the Mont Charvin and the valley.

- Kitchen open to the living room : four ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, grill, mini oven, dishwasher.
- Bedding : one bedroom with a double bed (140), one bedroom with bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed (3x90), living room with a double sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with duvets.
- Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
*WIFI: included, up to 5 devices at the same time.
*Ski locker. Communal parking outside.
*Pets allowed. Non-smoking rental.
OUR OPINION : Functional apartment. Large living room allowing to find itself in family or between friends.
