Description
The chalet Le Bivouac is an individual chalet, located in the place called Le Lachat, right next to the connecting piste (blue piste) allowing direct access to the Espace Diamant. Ski school at Mont Rond at 3.5km. Grocery store and pizzeria at 300m. Village centre at 5km.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their holidays.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is composed of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. The Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the most beautiful sector of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Located due south, you can enjoy the sun all day long. It is a quiet and preserved sector, with an exceptional and clear view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its leisure centre are only 9km away.
Chalet BIVOUAC
A very pleasant chalet for 8 people on a surface of 130m². The chalet is on three floors with south-east balconies offering superb mountain views.
Description:
*GROUND FLOOR: one bedroom with a double bed (140); one adjoining bedroom with bunk beds (2x90); bathroom with shower and toilet.
*1st FLOOR: kitchen with three ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer; living/dining area with wood burner giving access to a balcony; bathroom with bath and toilet.
*2ND FLOOR: two bedrooms with a double bed each (140), one of which has a ceiling lower than 1.80m.
*Bedding equipped with duvets.
*WIFI
*Pets accepted. Non-smoking rental.
*Baby equipment : a high chair, a cot
OUR OPINION : a chalet in the peace with an exceptional exposure. Close to the ski slope of Lachat for departures and returns skis on feet. The access to the chalet is sloping, is done on foot in winter; it is advisable to have a vehicle 4 X4 or to park on the 2 places of carpark located at the foot of the way and to go up on foot.
