The residence La Sapinière is located 100 m from the Espace Diamant slopes and 200 m from the centre of the hamlet and the ski school.
The village of Cohennoz is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their holidays.
This residence, close to the village centre, benefits from a privileged location to have everything at hand: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and conviviality of this village resort will seduce you.
In summer, you will not only be 100m from the colinary reservoir but also close to numerous paths for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. You will have easy access to the most beautiful panoramas on the Mont Blanc and the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure centre are only 10km away.

Cozy duplex apartment of 22m² + 21m² outside the carrez law, at the foot of the slopes of the Espace Diamant at the Cernix in Crest-Voland Cohennoz and a stone's throw from all amenities, bars and restaurants. On the first floor of this residence, facing west, it offers a wonderful view of Mont Charvin and the Aravis mountain range, without doubt the most beautiful in the Val d'Arly.
