The 4-building Les Balcons du Charvin residence is located in the village, 400m from shops and entertainment, and 600m from the Espace Diamant slopes and ski school. In winter, a skier shuttle (Crest Voland-NDB shuttle) passes 100m from the tennis court (ask the driver).

In summer, you're just 100m from tennis courts and children's playgrounds, and close to numerous trails for pleasant walks and mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure park are just 4km away.
