Chalet L'Outa is a magnificent, fully-renovated, detached chalet in the center of the village, 200m from shops and entertainment, and 400m from the Espace Diamant slopes and ski school.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192 km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone to make the most of their vacation.

The village center of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the ideal place to have everything at your fingertips: shops, entertainment and ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this village resort will win you over.

In summer, you'll enjoy an ideal location, just 200 meters from tennis courts and children's playgrounds. There are also numerous hiking and mountain bike trails to explore the region at your own pace. The Mont Rond chairlift, accessible two days a week, takes you easily to spectacular views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure center are just 4 km away.

The little extra: a quiet area close to all amenities.
A charging station for electric vehicles is located a few meters from the chalet, at the entrance to the parking lot (160 route de la Cour).
