Description
Ideally located in the French Alps, at the entrance to the village of Crest-Voland, Chalet Manou welcomes you to an authentic and friendly setting, just 500 meters from the village center and ski school. A ski shuttle stops just in front of the chalet?s access ramp (accessible only with a valid ski pass), making it easy to get to the slopes.
This exceptional ski area links six village resorts (Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Les Saisies and Hauteluce), for a total of 192 km of pistes, offering an ideal playground for beginners and experienced skiers alike.
After a day in the mountains, the chalet invites you to relax in its wellness room with sauna and hammam, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation.
In summer, the chalet enjoys a privileged location just 600 m from the children?s playground and within easy reach of numerous hiking and mountain bike trails. The Logère gondola provides easy access to spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range.
Just 10 km away, the Flumet lake and leisure center offer a pleasant alternative to days at altitude. The Val d'Arly also boasts an abundance of top-quality restaurants, including several renowned Michelin-starred establishments.
Ideally located less than an hour from prestigious Alpine destinations such as Megève, Chamonix and Annecy, Chalet Manou is an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful sites in the French Alps.

Chalet MANOU - at the entrance to the village of Crest-Voland
Located in the charming village of Crest-Voland, with a shuttle bus stop right in front of the chalet, this detached 215 m² chalet is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 15 people. For optimum comfort, however, it is recommended for 10/12 guests.
The chalet includes a self-contained apartment on level 0, equipped with a kitchenette and able to accommodate 6 people (included in the total sleeping capacity of 15). This space allows you to enjoy a degree of privacy while remaining connected to the main life of the chalet.
The central living area is distinguished by its original layout: two separate tables, one for adults and the other for children. This layout, designed to encourage the cohabitation of several generations, may not meet the expectations of all visitors.
Finally, the chalet is suitable for people with reduced mobility, thanks to an elevator providing easy access to levels 0 and 1.

Level 0 :
The entrance hall leads to a large corridor with the following rooms:
- A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a television and a private shower room + WC.
- A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, TV and en-suite shower room + WC
- A wellness room equipped with sauna, hammam, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
- A PMR-compliant elevator providing access to the upper level (with staircase)
- A heated checkroom equipped with a boot dryer with timer for heating ski boots
- A technical room with hot water tank + electricity meter
- Garage with ski rack
Level 0 - Apartment :
This studio is attached to the chalet, with the possibility of closing it off to guarantee greater privacy. It comprises :
- A living area equipped with a kitchenette and three individual 3*90 cm beds.
- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, TV and closet.
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- separate WC
- A bedroom with a single bed 1*90 cm and a cupboard. It can also be used as a passageway to the upper level.
Level +1 :
This level provides access to a large living room, a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and includes :
- A large, bright living room with wood-burning stove
- Dining room with two tables
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with: 3-burner ceramic hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, DELONGHI bean-to-cup coffee machine
- Separate WC + washing machine and tumble dryer
- Master bedroom with double bed (160 cm), dressing room, office area for telecommuting (accessible printer) and private bathroom.
Level +2 :
This level houses a mezzanine and comprises :
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a single bed (1*90 cm), a dressing room and a television.
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
Annex:
- Secure garage for one vehicle, with rack space for skis.
- Parking in front of the chalet + electric car terminal
- Numerous balconies and terraces

The chalet is rented with end-of-stay cleaning service included, as well as bed linen, towels and household linen.

OUR OPINION: Ideal for holidays with family or friends, summer or winter, the chalet combines practicality, conviviality and mountain comfort.
